• Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Manager

  General Description: We are looking for a motivated sales professionals to join our team and grow within the mobile performance industry. This role is open to both junior candidates starting their career as SDRs as well as experienced Sales Managers with a background in AdTech. As part of the Appalgo sales team, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the company’s growth through new partnerships and client acquisition. Responsibilities: •Identify high-potential prospects, focusing on mobile app developers and digital companies • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation through research and multi-channel outreach •Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closing and onboarding (depending on experience) • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present Appalgo’s solutions and value proposition • Collaborate with leadership and account management teams to execute client acquisition strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline • Represent Appalgo in industry events and networking opportunities Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Behavioral Science, or a related field •Native or near-native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Passion for sales and the AdTech / mobile marketing industry Advantages: • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles •2–3 years of experience in the AdTech industry • Experience working with mobile apps, user acquisition, or performance marketing Only relevant CV's will be considered.
